  • Third Monday in March
    Commemorating the birthday of Benito Juarez on March 21

  • Mayo 1
    Commemorating Labor Day

  • September 16
    Commemorating the start of the Independence Movement

  • Third Monday in November
    Commemorating the Revolution Movement on November 20

  • December 25
    Commemorating Christmas day

Other Religious and Historic Mexican National Holidays

The following days are celebrated by Mexicans. Days with an * are non working days for some banks and schools even though they are not considered official Mexican holidays by the government.
