Cancun is the most important touristic destination in Mexico. It is best known for its wonderful fine white sand beaches, turquoise water, and active nightlife. Cancun is the result of a Mexican government initiative to develop tourism some 30 years ago. The city has modern infrastructure, world class amenities and the best location.
Its climate is semi-tropical with an average temperature of 27 degrees Celsius (80 degrees Fahrenheit), and sunny days most of the year.
